Dry Land Conditioning for Teams
Baby Jump (1 – 2.5 years) 50 minutes (ratio 1:5)
- One parent/guardian must be with child throughout class. This 50 minute class takes advantage of the new found mobility skills of your toddler – encouraging jumping, swinging, hanging, rolling and moving! Your toddler will continue to develop their listening and socializing skills while becoming more comfortable with a class setting. Children continue to develop flexibility, balance, strength and co-ordination through various apparatus’, interactive songs, games and play.
- Tot Jump (2.5 – 4 years) 50 minutes (ratio 1:5)
Child must be potty trained to join this class, or wearing a pull-up. Tot jump is a transition class from Baby Jump to Mini Jump. It will work on fostering independence and socialization with other children. We understand that this is a parentless environment and is sometimes a difficult transition for parent and child. We will do everything to make your young one comfortable and happy. Children will continue to develop flexibility, balance, strength and co-ordination using various apparatus’, songs and games, as well as increasing their fitness level.
Mini Jump (4 – 5 years) 50 minutes (ratio 1:5)
- Mini jump will continue to foster your young child’s independence and socialization which is excellent practice for school! We understand that this could be the first time your child is in a parentless environment and our staff will do everything they can to make your child feel comfortable and happy during this time. Mini Jump participants will begin to learn more advanced fitness and gymnastics skills through circuits, music and games, while continuing to work on flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. No experience required for this class.
Junior Jump (6 – 7 years) 60 minutes (ratio 1:6)
- Junior Jump is a full hour of fitness and gymnastics for your child! Children will continue to develop and be challenged in areas of flexibility, balance, strength and co-ordination as well as continue to acquire knowledge to be active for life. Children will work on their skills of following and performing circuits, participating in group fitness. Junior Jump encourages hard work, positive self-esteem, and promotes positive participation and social skills! No experience required for this class.
Senior Jump (8 – 9 years) 60 minutes (ratio 1:6)
- This 60 minute class is targeted for children who want to get active and have fun in a fitness and gymnastics based setting. Using the fitness and gymnastics equipment we will direct your child’s energy towards a positive outlet, providing them the opportunity to master their flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination. Your child will continue to practice their social skills, listening skills and increase their self-confidence. No experience required for this class.
Teen Jump (10-15 years) 60 minutes (ratio 1:6)
- This 60 minute class is targeted for children who want to be active and continue to develop their fitness skills. Fitness circuits and gymnastics equipment will be used to get a whole body workout completed. Flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and coordination will be worked on each week while promoting positive self-confidence and self-esteem. No experience required for this class.
Dry Land Conditioning for Teams
- Give your young athlete an edge over the competition with these engaging, beneficial and challenging classes. These are perfect for the young hockey, lacrosse, soccer, football, volleyball or basketball player and participants of independent sports like figure skating, dance, cheerleading, rowing, tennis and more! Classes include agility training, plyometrics, core strengthening, circuit training, dynamic and static stretches, sport specific strength training and more. Programs can be customized for sport and age.
